Max is a former hunter show horse who has made a successful career change to hunting. Max was hunted six times during the 2020 season. This year, he has since been out twice a week on hound exercises and hunted with the Montreal Hunt weekly in first and second field. Very athletic and hunting fit, he has proven excellent around hounds and has no problem with his rider cracking a whip. Max has proven brave to jump anything you ask, forgiving of rider error, able to stand quietly at checks and is happy to gallop on then come to to stop again when asked. Max is the type of horse that you can lead the field on or ride anywhere within the field. Good to shoe, vet, clip, bath, load and braid. He is best suited for an experienced or knowledgeable rider as he is the type of horse that needs a leader.

I am traveling from Quebec to Virginia the first week of October and I can deliver him along the way.
