Nona is an 8-year-old Dutch Warmblood/Shire Draft cross mare. She has hunted one season 2nd flight with Goldens Bridge Hounds. She loves doing Hunter/Paces and casual hacks out. Nona came to North Salem from Virginia in April 2021 and has been in a regular program of lessons, fox hunting, paces, and cross-country riding. She is an athletic, gentle and willing horse. She has no bad habits, and is happiest making you happy. Nona has perfect confirmation and solid Draft feet. I am in the middle of a house renovation and can no longer give her the time and attention she deserves. She loves to be ridden regularly. She is best suited to an intermediate rider.
