September is a smart, quick and agile hunt horse. He is quick to learn and eager to please. He is a well rounded horse with significant training to do well in the show ring as well as the hunt field. September is a point and shoot jumper with lots of scope, currently jumping in the 2'6" to 3'3" range. He has jumped coops, stone walls, timber jumps, panel jumps, logs and more. He will gallop on a loose rein on a run and stand quietly on the buckle at a check. He is a safe and confident ride for an experienced rider. He is a first field horse, but will go at any pace in any field. He is hunted twice a week with the Montreal Hunt since July 30th. He has competed at the Ottawa Valley Hunter Trials and placed in every class. He has excellent ground manners, ties, loads, clips, stands for the farrier and vet.
