2019 15.3HH Georgian Grande Gelding
Tattie is a well started young gelding. He is a brave and willing to do what ever you ask with no hesitation. He is a Pleasure to be around, great ground manners, not pushy. He came back from an Amish trainer that specialized in natural horsemanship. After arriving back in Virginia he was turned out for over 3 months. He was so easy to get along with, I was able to just jump on and ride off in a halter, no ground games, no lunging, no warm up.
Tattie has been trail ridden alone and in groups. He is not a reactive or spookie. He was raised on a farm with other horses, including cattle, sheep, cats and dogs. He is a handsome fellow that is smart, kind and easy to get along with.
A 3yo that will do things that a lot of older horses wont. We feel that a person with horse experience can easily finish him.
First time in the river with just a halter and no horse to follow in, he was easily encouraged in. On his first day back to work, he was ridden down the road with just a halter.
Look at the conformation, Handsome he is! The breeding on Tattie is no accident. Both parents are good natured and hard workers. He is a great prospect, possibilities are endless. Dressage, Fox Hunting, Eventing, Trails, you name it! We expect Tattie to mature to a 16HH Horse.
We have raised the breed for over 35 years. The breed is named Georgian Grande!
